Our team designed and constructed the complete landscape for this new build on a beautiful lot. The challenge in this property was creating a useable yard space in a backyard that was mostly wetlands leading up to a creek, while still retaining the inherent natural beauty. We started by building an attractive rock wall that separated the wetland boundary and created a space against the house for a useable yard. Stairs were incorporated into the rock wall to enable one to access the native portion of the property. Garden beds surround the house with trees and shrubs to finish off the front yard. Our team planned and installed the entire irrigation system using smart technology for water conservation and remote monitoring. We look forward to watching this installation grow over the coming years as the homeowners soak in their enjoyment of it.
